📈 Operations Intern

​

We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join the Hometimes family in Barcelona. You will be working directly with the founders and reporting to the CEO. This is a great opportunity to get hands on experience be the first employee at the startup.

​

Your mission, should you chose to accept it:

• Run day to day operations of Hometimes Groups

• Lead and start the Customer Service Department & help automate the process wherever you can.

• Reports preparation and execution.

• Budget control and analysis.

What are we looking for:

• Entrepreneurial Mindset. You like to implement experiments analyzing results and taking actions on that in small iterations, to see where processes can be automated.

• Data driven mentality.

• Very good communicator, in writing and verbally.

• Are a team player. You understand the only way to have an exponential growth is to work together as a team.

• Always have quality in mind. You can easily detect whether an opportunity is the right for Hometimes users or just a short - term situation.

• Have a user-centric mindset. When you find an opportunity, you care about the user’s saving and try to provide the best experience possible.

• Never settle. You always strive to develop personally and professionally, open to learn new things and share the ones you expertise.

• Fluent Spanish, English is a plus

• Hands on attitude and ability to work independently

👨🏻‍💻 Front End Developer (Contractor)

​

We’re looking for Front End Developer that can hack away at helping us move from our mobile app to a web MVP. Your role will be to develop the webapp. Our current tech stack is Angular + Firebase , SendGrid and Stripe Connect (but feel free to question it and criticise it)

This is a contractor position where the project is to build out the web MVP, depending on performance this can lead to the first a fulltime position as the first engineer.
